AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO , 1556 OF AUGUST 7 ,2 ;1 Z 4 AUG #67
WHEREAS , in subparagraph ( 10 ) of the second ftfibij 9' COU)ER
clause contained in Ordinance No . 1556 , the number " 2 % �CrSSF�pIAR
when in fact the number should be " 30 " ; and , according UITCIhE
Ordinance No . 1556 should be amended to correct this dis crepa
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That subparagraph ( 10 ) of the second "Whereas "
clause contained in Ordinance No . 1556 of August 7 , 1967 , is
hereby amended to read as follows :
( 10 ) All . of the West Half (W 1/2 ) of the West
Half (W 1/2 ) of Sections 30 and 31 , Township
17 North , Range 29 West , of the 5th Principal
Meridian ; except a part of the West Half of the
West Half of Section 31 , Township 17 North , Range
29 West of the 5th P . M . , being more particularly
described as all that part of the said West Half
of the West Half of Section 31 lying South of a
line which is 660 feet South of and parallel to
and equidistant from the center line of the Old
Wire Road ,
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
