ADDITION , AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES , WASRih'GTO;V COUNTY

WHEREAS , BY Ordinance No . 1402 of July 20 %LE9,6f4?�LA??E;'¢¢ity of
Fayetteville , Arkansas accepted the plat of landS,15 Gia Lf §( Oa)SManor
Subdivision to the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; and said plat was
recorded on August 25 , 1964 in thq plat book at page 163 in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County ,
Arkansas , and
WHEREAS , subsequent to the acceptance and recording of said
` plat as aforesaid , certain deeds have been executed in said sub-
division referring to "Oa)G Manor Addition " instead of " Oa]B Manor Sub-
division " , and such has resulted in confusion, to abstracters and
title examiners , and
WHEREAS , "OAKS Manor Addition " , referred to in said deeds , and
"Omks Manor Subdivision " are one and the same , it is desirable to
change the name of said subdivision to " OakS Manor Addition " in order
to conform said plat to the deeds .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the name of OakS Manor Subdivision to the city
of Fayetteville , Arkansas be and the same is hereby changed to " Oaks
Manor Addition to the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas " .
SECTION 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a
certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas ,
and the said Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder is hereby authorized
and requested to change the name of said subdivision on the recorded
plat to " OakSManor Addition " in conformity with the provisions of this
ordinance .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and affect from
and after its passage , approval and publication .
