CIRCUIT CLER 'ik AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0 . 1239, AND REVISED ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS , APPROVED MAY 289 1962, TO REZONE CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R+1B Si@LE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND R4 TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO 0-1 OPEN LAND DISTRICT . WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , on Tuesday, June 14, 1966 , on the petition of Wayne Bayley, requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the Board of Directors enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property, presently zoned R-1B Single Family Residential District and R-2 Two Family Residential District , to-wit : Lots Number 2, 3 , 49 5 , 6 , 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 9 in Parker' s Plat of Valley View Acres , as same are designated upon the recorded Plat of said Subdivision, the same being a port of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, in Township 16 North, Range 30 West , situated in Washington County, Arkaneae , from R-1B Single Family Residential District and R-2 Two Family Residential District to 0-1 Open Land District, and WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing, setting forth the date, time, place and purposes of said hearing and location of property was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circulation in said City, more than 15 days prior to said public hearing, and WHEREAS , following said public hearing, said Planning Commission certified to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above-described property, presently zoned R-IB Single Family Residential District and R-2 Two Family Residential District to 0-1 Open Land District . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : SECTION 1 . That the above-described property, which is presently zoned R-118 Single Family Residential District and R-2 Two Family Residential District, be and the same hereby is rezoned to 0-1 Open Land District , SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full forde and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication.
