AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , pj#A3�8fCUR� 231 1964 , TO CORRECT
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED THEREIDdPYAPJSAS

WHEREAS , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THEC(LZTVOMRRAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
did on March 23 , 1964 , enact Ordinance No . 1386 , to rezone certain
real estate in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas from I -lA Light
Industrial District to R=3 Multi-Family Residential District , and
WHEREAS , it now appears that the legal description of the
property described was incomplete in that it omitted the phrase " as
designated on the corrected plat of the South 680 feet of said
Addition , recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas , in Plat Book at page 218 ."
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That Ordinance No . 1386 be amended to correct the
legal description contained therein and said description as amended
shall read as follows :
Lots One ( 1 ) , Two ( 2 ) , Three ( 3 ) , Ten ( 10 ) , Eleven ( 11 )
and Twelve ( 12 ) in Block Two ( 2 ) in College Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as designated on
the corrected plat of the South 680 feet of said
Addition , recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas
in Plat Book at page 218 .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
