ORDINANCE NO . 1476 FILED FOR RECORD
AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO, 58 OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND. TERMINATING THE BENEFIT A ES
MENTS PRESENTLY BEING LEVIED IN SAID DISTRICT . 1965 UEC 22
WHEREAS , by Ordinance No . 1019 , the City Council of thW41"Q*PS �AUM;
Arkansas , established Street Improvement District No . 58 for " �� 3inir_
grading , paving and otherwise improving Hill Avenue from the. SAACAT°e "O'll Street
to Seventh Street , Seventh Street frorn Hill Avenue to Duncan Avenue , Duncan Avenue
from Seventh Street to Eleventh Street to Garland Avenue , Garland Avenue South from
its intersection with Brooks Avenue to the North line of the right of way of the St . Paul
Branch of the St . Louis - San Francisco Railway Company , and
WHEREAS , by Ordinance No . 1030 , the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , levied an assessment for benefits in Street Improvement District No . 58 for
1953 and annually thereafter until the whole of said local assessment be paid , and
WHEREAS , a petition was filed with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , on November 26 , 1965 , by the Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No . 58 , reporting that the bonded indebtedness of said District has been ret;_ ce..
and that all refunds of surplus assessments have been substantially completed, and Vi- t
the only funds remaining to the credit of the District are those necessary to wind un
the affairs of the District , and
WHEREAS , said petition requests that the City Council of the City of Faye ttevi.l'_ c ,

Arkansas , enact an ordinance dissolving Street Improvement District No . 58 , of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , and removing and terminating the benefit assessment presc:_tly
levied against the real property in said District .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O '
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Street Improvement District No. 58 of the City of Fayetteville , Arlear_ ^ a; ,
. is hereby dissolved and the benefit assessments presently being levied against the real_
property in said district for the purpose of retiring the bonded indebtedness of said
District are hereby terminated and removed.
SECTION 2 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed
in the Office of the County Collector of Washington County , Arkansas .
SECTION 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed , and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
