WHEREAS., there has - been duly presented to the City Council of the City 'of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat 'dated January 19 , 1965 , known as Tomlyn Valley
View Addition Section II and Replat of Lots 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 of Oroginal Plat
of Tomlyn Valley View Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , wherein the
owners have dedicated for the public use , the streets , alleys and easements shown
upon said plat; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 , That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and
confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and easements dedicated in the 'Tomlyn
Valley View Addition Section II and Replat of Lots 8 , 93 10 , 11 and 12 of Original
Plat of Tomlyn Valley View Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and
hereby declares said streets , alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys and
easements , and the said City Council hereby assumes the care , control and juris -
diction of same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its
passage , approval and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED this second day of August , 1965 .
