AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A STREET WITHIN THE VIA
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , it is desirable to rename a certain street
within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the name of the following " street " ,
located in West View Addition No . 2 to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall be changed as follows :
Elmwood Avenue to Fowler Avenue ,
SECTION 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
SECTION 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage ,
approval and ��publication .
