AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 1443 ,PASSED AND
APPROVED APRIL 269 1965 , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That Section 7 of Ordinance Number 1443 , passed
and approved April,. 261 1965 , be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows :
" Section 7 . That the rates fixed by this ordinance
shall go into effect on the first day of August , 19659
so that the first bills will be submitted and will be
due and payable between August 19 and August 109 1965 ."
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of May , 1965 .
