WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before th@IRElArhrilfigtlCommission
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on March 23 , 1965 , on the petition �.
of Bill Bequette , Joe Wilson and Argil Bartholomew requesting that said
Planning Commission recommend to the City Council -of the- • City ' of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an Ordinance rezoning the
following described property , which is presently zoned R-2 Two Family
Residential District , to -wit :
Lots 1 , 18 and 19 of Block 2 in Wilson-Dunn Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and
That portion of Block 17 in Ferguson ' s Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , presently zoned R- 2 Two Family Residential
District , and
That portion being described as beginning at the Southeast
corner of lot 12 of Block 18 in Ferguson ' s Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , thence West to the west line
of the Dunn Avenue right -of-way ; thence North along the west
line of the Dunn Avenue right-of-way , 200 feet , more or less ,
to the zoning district boundary line between the I -1B zone
and the R- 2 zone ; thence East along the zoning district
boundary line to the east edge of the lots in Block 18 of
Ferguson ' s Addition ; thence South to the point of beginning .
from R- 2 Two Family Residential District to I -1B Light Industrial District ,
and
WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date ,
time , place and purpose of hearing , and location of the property was
published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circu-
lation in said City , more than 15 days prior to said public hearing , and
WHEREAS , following said public hearing said Planning Commission
certified to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its
recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above-described
property , which is presently zoned R- 2 Two Family Residential District ,
to I-1B Light Industrial District :
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the above-described property which is presently
zoned R-2 Two Family Residential District be and the same is hereby re-
zoned to I-1B Light Industrial District .

herewith are hereby repealed , and this Ordinance shall be in full force
