AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DELIS � '�IONfQF,J tLL
STREETS , ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE SUNNYD�tYb� N��Y.
TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated September 283 1964 , known
e. s the Sunnydal_e Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , which the
owners have dedicated for the public use the streets , alleys and easements
shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF
THE CITY OF F AYET 'TEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and easements ,
dedicated in the Sunnydale Addition , to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
and hereby declares said streets , alleys and easements to be public
streets , alleys and easements , and the said City Council hereby assumes
the care , control and jurisdiction of the same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage , approval and publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of October , 1964 .

AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL
STREETS , ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE SUNNYDALE ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City

f the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated
known as the Sunnydale Addition to
e City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , which the owners have
dedicated for the public use the streets , alleys and easements
shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of
