AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS, BY ORDER OF THE COUNTY COURT OF WASHINGTON COUNJ-T�;)ARKANSAS ,

territory to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in the County Court of Washington County,
Arkansas , and thereafter on the thirteenth day of April , 1964 , the County Court entered
an order annexing said territory to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; and
WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , has entered its
order confirming the proceedings in the County Court with respect to annexation of the
territory hereinafter described.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . That the following described real estate described in said order
cf the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , entered on the thirteenth day of
April , 1964, be , and the sarne is hereby accepted, annexed to and made a part of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as follows , to -wit :
Tact A: Beginning at a point 208 . 7 feet north of the Southwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter , Section 32 , Township 16
North , Range 30 West , running west from the City Limits , 208 . 7 feet ;
thence north 313 . 05 feet; thence east 208 . 7 feet to junction with City
Limits ; thence south 313 . 05 feet to the point of beginning , containing
one and one - half acres , more or less .
Tract B : Beginning at a point 211 . 2 feet east of the Southwest corner of the North -
west Quarter of the Northeast Quarter , Section 32 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , running south 252 . 1 feet ; thence east 428 . 8 feet , more
or less , to the junction of the City Limits ; thence north 252 . 1 feet;
thence west 428 . 8 feet , more or less , to the point of beginning , con-
taining 2 - 1 / 2 acres , more or less .
SECTION 2 . That said above described real estate be , and the same is hereby
assigned to and made a part of Ward One of Fayetteville, Arkansas .
SECTION 3 . It appearing that residents within said above - described territory
are in urgent need of facilities which the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is in a position
to provide , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
Alf0ce and effect from and after its passage and approval .
