AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TERRITORY ANNEXILPO' VDS ;
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; ASSIGNING SAID TER��'�C Uf R
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County , Arkansas , did on
July 6 , 1964 , make an Order annexing the. following described territory to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to - wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) of the Northwest Quarter
( NW 1 / 4) of Section 36 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West of
the Fifth Principal Meridian , being more particularly described
as follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above
mentioned 40 acres , and running thence South 647 . 8 feet ; thence
North 110 38 ' East 109 . 3 feet; thence South 700 East 660 feet ;
thence South 650 27 ' East 525 feet , more or less , to the center
line of the Old Missouri Road; thence Northwesterly along the
center line of said road 1 , 006 feet to the North line of the above.
mentioned 40 acres ; thence North 890 35 ' East 800 feet , more; -
or less , to the point of beginning .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the annexation of the above described territory ''' '
to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same
is hereby accepted .
SECTION 2 . That all of the above described territory is hereby
assigned to and made a part of Ward 3 of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1964.
