AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the County Court of WashingtOn, County, Arkansas , did
on June 29 , 1964, make an Order annexing the fo114y✓ing described territory
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to -wit :
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4 ) of Ehe Southwest
Quarter ( SW 1 / 4) of Section 22 , Township 16 North , Range
30 West , described as beginning at a point 395 . 5 feet East
of the Northwest corner of said forty acre tra", and running
thence South 1 , 110 feet, thence East 334 . 5 feet; thence South
65 degrees and five ( 5 ) minutes East 71 . 8 feet ; thence South
59 degrees and 31 minutes East 155 feet , thence East 61 . 1
feet , thence South 80 feet , thence East 330 feet to the East
line of said forty acre tract , thence North 1 , 320 feet , thence
West 924 . 5 feet to the place of beginning , containing 25 . 50
acres , more or less .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . . That the annexation of the above described territory,,
to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the
same is hereby accepted .
SECTION 2 . That all of the above described territory is hereby
assigned to and made a part of Ward 3 of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of July , 1964 .
