AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICA%T�� � r� NCLARK.
STREETS , ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN ROY, ADAAMS SUBI�1F6
TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , LERK
WHEREAS , There has been duly presented to the City
Council of t1e City of FayetteviI e , Arkansas , a plat dated
A02. , 19 6 , known as Roy Adams
Subdi ision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , being
more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the
NW corner of Lot 23 , Block 4 of Wilson-Adams Addition , said
point being North Oo 01 ' East 200.. 0,) feet and , East 25 . 0 feet
of the SW Corner of the NW4 SE4 of Section 9 , Township 16
North , Range 30 West ; thence North Oo 01 ' East 244 . 3 feet ;
thence East 320 . 0 feet ; thence North 25 . 0 feet ; thence East

WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of
said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets ,
alleys and easements , dedicated ' i.n Roy Adams Subdivision
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares
said streets , alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys
and easements , and the said City Councilhereby assumes the
care , control and jurisdiction of the same .
SECTION 2 , That this Ordinance shall be in force and
effect from and after its passage , pproval and publication .
