WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County , Arkansas , did on April 15 , 1964 , make an Order annexing the following described• territory to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to- wit : Part of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) of Section 7 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West , described as beginning at the Northeast corner of said 40 acre tract , and running thence South 1305 feet , thence West 674 feet , thence North 1305 feet , thence East 674 feet , to the point of beginning , containing 26 . 3 acres , more or less , subject to an easement for State Highway 16 , NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS: SECTION 1 .
