Witt , Jr . , and Mildred Witt , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an : ordinance. rezoning the following described property , to- wit: - Lots 1 ; 2 , 3 , 30 , 11 and 12 of Block 2 of College Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , from I- lA Light Industrial District to A - 3 Multi- Family Residential District , and 4 . WHEREAS , after the public hearing , action was taken by the Planning Commission and a recommendation was made to the City Council , and WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its . recommendation that an. ordinance be adopted rezoning the above- described property from I- IA Light Industrial District . to R -3. Multi- Family Residential District; NOW , THEREFORE, BE 'IT' ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS: SECTION 1 . That the rezoning petition of James O. Witt , Jr . and Mildred Witt, in which a request was made for the rezoning from I- lA Light Industrial District to R - 3 Multi- Family Residential District of Lots ' 1 , 2 ; 31 101 11 and 12 of Block 2 of College Addition to the City of Fayetteville , ' Arkansas , nsas , be granted by the City Council.
