S . Highway No . 71 ; thence in a southerly direction with the East line of the right of way to the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ; thence East 100 feet; thence South 130 feet; thence East to the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter ; thence North 130 feet to the point of beginning .
