WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning Co- mmission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on October 22 , 1963 , on the petition of the First National Bank of Fayetteville , Arkansas , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , to-wit : A part of the Southeast Quarter ( SEh ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4 ) of Section Sixteen ( 16 ) , Township 16 North , Range 30 West described as follows : Beginning at a point which is 434 feet West of the Northeast corner of said 40 acre tract , and running thence West 101 . 25 feet ; thence South 189 feet ; thence East 101 . 25 feet to the west line of University Avenue ; thence North with the West line of University Avenue 189 feet to the place of beginning ; subject to the location of Dickson Street which encompasses approximately 42 feet of the North end of said lot , from R-4 Multi-family Residentail and Dormitory District to C -3 Central Commercial District .
