BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF4W01 T IEVIL FLL
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council hereby accepts the dedication of the
following described property for street purposes , to - wit :
Part of the South Half ( S 1 / 2 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1 / 4 ) of Section Eight ( 8 ) , Township Sixteen ( 16 )
North, Range Thirty ( 30 ) West , described as beginning at a point three
hundred and ten ( 310) feet North and four hundred and eight ( 408 ) feet
West of the Southeast corner thereof and running thence South sixty ( 60 )
feet; thence West fifty ( 50 ) feet ; thence North sixty ( 60 ) feet ; thence
East fifty ( 50 ) feet to the place of beginning ; . and , beginning at a point
three hundred and ten ( 310 ) feet North and one thousand two hundred and
seventy ( 1 , 270) feet West of the Southeast corner of said twenty- acre
tract and running thence South sixty ( 60 ) feet ; thence West 'fifty ( 50 ) feet;
thence North sixty ( 60 ) feet; thence East fifty ( 50 ) feet to the place of
beginning . Said parcels being sixty ( 60 ) foot extensions South from the
end of Leland Avenue and Lonnie Avenue , as shown on the plat of South
Sunny Acres Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
SECTION Z . That this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage , approval and publication .
