That the above described property presently zoned as R - 2 Two Family Residential District be , and the same is hereby rezoned to 0- 1 Open Land District . SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are here - by repealed , and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication.
