ALLEYS , AND EASEMENTS IN THE SOUTH SUNNY ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . /ASHINGTO ; ' U .': TY. :ail,

WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City,-iC9uncil : ,,
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated April , I943`,`
known as South Sunny Acres , Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas which is a part of the south half (S#) of the Northwest
quarter (NWS ) of the Southwest quarter (SWh ) of Section 8 , Township
16 North , Range 30 west of the 5th Principal Meridian , more parti -
cularly described as follows : Beginning at a point 330 . 0 feet North
of the Southeast Corner of said 20 acre tract , thence North , 330 . 0
feet ; thence west 1 , 320 . 0 feet ; thence South , 350 . 0 feet ; thence
East 1 , 092 . 0 feet , thence North 20 . 0 feet , thence East 228 . 0 feet
to the point of beginning , containing 10 . 16 acres , more or less , by
which the owners of the platted real estate have dedicated for the
public use the streets , alleys , and easements shown upon said plat ;
and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of the said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINOED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys , and
easements , dedicated in South Sunny Acres Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said streets , alleys ,
and easements to be public streets , alleys , and easements , and the
said City Council hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction
of the same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force and effect from and after its passage , approval , and publica-
tion .
