AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATIONI'19FM� �TREETS ;
ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE GRAGG ADDITION , WHICH IS A REPEAT OF

CIRCUIT CLERK
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated May , 1963 , known
as the Gragg Addition , which is a replat of the North 500 . 14 feet
of Lots 4 and 5 of Lewis Subdivision. in the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , being a part of the SE4 of the SW& of Section 17 , Town-
ship 16 North , Range 30 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian , by
which the owners of the real estate have dedicated for the public
use the streets , alleys and easements shown upon said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of the said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and
easements , dedicated in Gragg Addition , which is a replat of the
North 500 . 14 feet of Lots 4 and 5 of Lewis Subdivision in the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said streets , alleys ,
and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements and the
said City Council hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction
of the same .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
