AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF C0GRSA(tUNTY. ARK.
ESTATE FOR STREET PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF FAOMMI LL&WNELL
ARKANSAS CIRCUIT CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council hereby accepts the dedication
of the following described property for street purposes , to-wit;
Forty ( 40 ) feet of equal and uniform width off the North side of
a tract described as a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 / 4) of Section 3 , Township 16
North, Range 30 West , and more particularly described as
beginning at a point 490 feet and 10 inches East of the South-
west corner of said forty- acre tract , and running thence East
224 feet to the West side of U . S. Highway No . 71 (concrete
road); thence in a Northeasterly direction along the West side
of said Highway a distance of 213 feet; thence West 246 feet
to the East side of the Old State Highway No. 71 ; thence in a
Southeasterly direction with East side of Old Highway a dis -
tance of 213 feet to the place of beginning . .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication.
