ARKANSAS TIMES, a daily newspaper having a second class mailing pri-
vilege, and being not less than four pages of five columns each, published
at a fixed place of business and at a fixed (daily) intervals continuously in
the City of Fayetteville, County of Washington, Arkansas, for more than
a period of twelve months, circulated and distributed from an established
place of business to subscribers and readers generally of all classes in the

FOR ALLEY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF FAYETT 4gk1 , C 11T5A5
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYEIIICCCTTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council hereby accepts the dedication of
the following described property for alley purposes , to -wit :
�• Part of Lots Nine ( 9 ) , Eleven ( 11 ) , Twelve ( 12 ) and Thirteen ( 13 )
in the Revised Plat of Lots 15 to 31 , inclusive , and Lots 36 to 38 ,
inclusive , of Fairview Heights Addition , a Subdivision of Lot
Eight ( 8 ) Harter ' s Fairview Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , as per plat of said Addition on file in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder of Washington County ,
Arkansas , more particularly described as follows , to- wit :
Beginning at a point 8 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
Lot Nine ( 9 ) , and running thence East 12 feet; thence South to a
point 20 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot Thirteen ( 13 ) ,
thence West 12 feet , thence North to the point of beginning .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage , approval and publication .
