BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City Council hereby accepts the dedication of
the following described property for street purposes , to-wit:
A strip of land for street or road purposes located in the Southwest
Quarter (SW 1 / 4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) of Section 26 ,
Township 17 North , Range 30 West , described as : Beginning 490 feet
North of the Southwest corner of said 40 -acre tract , thence North
50 feet, thence East 482 . 5 feet to the West side of a 40 -foot road,
thence South along the West side of said road 50 feet to an existing
fence line , thence West along said fence 482 . 5 feet to the point of
beginning .
A tract of land for street or road purposes located in the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26 , Township 17 North ,
Range 30 West, described as : Beginning at a point 515 feet North
of the Southeast corner of said 40 - acre tract (which point is the center
line of said street) and running thence West 50 feet for the center of
the circular turnaround and from that point a circular tract of
50 feet radius .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its approval and publication .
