WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on April 2 , 1963 , on the petition of J. W . Barron , Jr . acting in behalf of C . V . and Pearl R . Brown , requesting that said Planning Com- mission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property , to- wit : : A part of Lot Eight ( 8 ) in Block Eight ( 8 ) in County Court Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as per plat of said addition now on file in the office of the recorder of Washington County , Arkansas , and being more particularly described as beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Eight ( 8 ) in Said Block Eight (8 ) , running thence North one hundred eighty- five ( 185 ) feet , more or less , for a beginning point , thence East one hundred feet ( 100 ) , more or less , to the East line of said lot ; thence North Sixty ( 60 ) feet ; thence West one hundred ( 100 ) feet , more or less , to the west line of said lot ; thence South sixty feet ( 60 ) to the point of beginning .
