LOYD I1C0NNELL WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the PlanniQR061fh hU6(ion of the City. of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on March 11 , 1963 , on the petition of Teh Central Baptist Church , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that said City Council enact an ordinance rezoning the following described property: A part of the SE 1 / 4 of the NW 1 / 4 of Section 9 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian , more particularly described as , beginning at a point of the East line of said quarter section 350 feet North of the Southeast corner of said 40 - acre tract , and running thence North 630 feet; thence West 322 . 4 feet , or to the East line of .right- of-way of St .
