WASHINGTON COUNTY ARKANSAS WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planning LsMrRjtay' ftL<jf the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on November 20 , 1962 , on the petition of W!IfiU1L6LE1b norial Methodist Church , requesting that said Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that said City Council enact an ordinance rezoning the property located on all of Block 28 of Jennings ' Addition tothe City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; and Lots 2 and 3 of Block 2 , and the East Seventy- Five ( 75 ) feet of Lots 1 and 4 of Block 2 of Ferguson ' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , from R - 2 Two - Family Residential District to P- 1A Special Church District , and 1l WHEREAS , notice of said public hearing , setting forth the date , time , place and purposes of hearing , and location of property was published in the Northwest Arkansas Times , a newspaper of general circulation in said City, more than 15 days prior to said public hearing , and WHEREAS , following said public hearing , said Planning Commission certified to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its recommendation that an ordinance be adopted rezoning the above described property from R - 2 Two - Family Residential District to P - lA Special Church District . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
