D80 PAGE120 r ORDINANCE NO, 1318 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TERRITORY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; ASSIGNING SAID TERRITORY TO WARDS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County , Arkansas , did on August ,1 , 1962 , make an Order annexing the following described territory to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to-wit: A part of Lots Six (6 ) and Nine (9 ) in Ladon Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and a part of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4) of the Southwest Quarter. (SW 1 / 4) of Section Eleven ( 11 ) , Township Sixteen ( 16) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West , all more particularly described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Five ( 5 ) Ladon Subdivision , and running thence South 100 feet ; thence West 150 feet ; thence South 20 feet; thence East 150 feet ; thence South 80 feet; thence East 25 feet; thence in a Southerly direction to the Northeast corner of Lot Eight ( 8 ) in Ladon Subdivision , thence South 100 feet ; thence North 37 degrees , 38 minutes East 177 . 5 feet ; thence North 32 degrees 49 minutes East 308 . 3 feet ; to the Southeast corner of Lot Four (4) , Ladon Subdivision , thence West 275 feet to the point of beginning . Lots Numbered Seven ( 7 ) and Eight (8 ) , and eighty ( 80 ) feet of equal and uniform width off the South side of Lot Numbered Six ( 6 ) ; also part of Lot Numbered Nine: (9 ) described as follows , to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner . of.
