AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A REVISED ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , since the date of the acceptance of the original zoning district map
on June 13 , 1960 , numerous ordinancesvhave been enacted accepting newly annexed
territory and rezoning property included in the original zoning district map , and
WHEREAS , a revised zoning district map , dated April 1 , 1962 , has been pre-
pared reflecting the zoning of all property presently located within the City Limits of
Fayetteville , - Arkansas ;

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , A14ransas , hereby accepts the
revised zoning district map of the City of Fayetteville , `Arkansas , dated April 1 , 1962 ,
which is made a part of this ordinance , said map to be filed with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
arc hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval , and publication .
DATED this 28th day of May , 1962 .
