AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATIODS40,f,/ A~�.�, TREETS,
ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN PITTMAN' S NORTH:'IEST PP

WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City Counc ]E� <�he City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat dated July 25 , 1960 , known as Pittmanis Northwest Sub-
dLviaion . to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and being part of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, by which the owners of the platted real estate have dedigated for
the putlic use the streets , alleys and easements shown upon said plat;- and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and con-
firms the dedication of all streets , alleys , and easements , dedicated in Pittman ' s
Northwest Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said
streets , alleys , and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements , and the said
City Council hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of the same.
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect from
and after its passage , approval , and publication ,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of April , 1962 .
