AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARY OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CITY CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the annual salary of the Fayetteville City Clerk is hereby
fixed at Twelve Hundred Dollars ( $ 1 , 200 ) .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk shall enter into a bond for the faithful
performance of his duties , said bond to be approved by the City Council ,
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall become effective on the first day
of January , 1963 .
Section 4 . That . all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of March; 1962 .
