AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN • LANDS TO THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE. , ARKANSAS , FOR STREET PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY"OFr FAYE,TTEVILLE ,

SECTION 1 . That the following described territory, to- wit :
Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 / 4) of the Northwest Quarter , ( N`Al 1 / 4)
of Section Nine ( 9 ) in Township 16 North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian , described as follows , to -wit: Beginning at a
point which is three hundred seventy- five ( 375 ) feet East and twenty ( 20 )
feet North of the Southwest corner of said forty ( 40 ) acre tract , and running
thence East one hundred and fifty- three ( 153 ) feet ; thence North ten ( 10)
feet; thence West one hundred fifty- three ( 153 ) feet ; thence South ten ( 10 )
feet , to the place of beginning .
dedicated by Vernon Wilson for street purposes , is hereby accepted by the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval ,. and publication.
