AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF CERTP�- bAN � CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , FOR STREET PURPOSES ,
WASNINGMI! COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C{14;plt [N A�'EFLITEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS : CIRCUIT CLEM
SECTION 1 . That the following described territory, to - wit :
Part of the Southwest Quarter ( SW 1 / 4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4) of Section
Nine ( 9 ) in Township Sixteen ( 16 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West of the Fifth Principal
Meridian , described as follows , to - wit : Beginning at a point which is one hundred
seventy and four - tenths ( 170 . 4) feet East and twenty ( 20 ) feet North of the Southwest
corner of said forty acre tract , and running thence East two hundred four and six-
tenths ( 204 . 6 ) feet; thence North ten ( 10 ) feet; thence West two hundred four and
six- tenths ( 204 . 6 ) feet; thence South ten ( 10 ) feet to the point of beginning , and
Part of the Northeast Quarter ( NE 1 / 4) of the Southwest Quarter ( SW 1 / 4) of
Section 21 in Township 16 North , Range 30 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter
( NE 1 / 4 ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 / 4) of Section 21 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 'Jest and running thence East 751 . 0 feet; thence South 20 feet to the
point of beginning ; thence South 500 feet ; thence West 25 feet; thence North 500
feet; thence East 25 feet to the point of beginning ,
dedicated by Vernon Wilson and Ruby Rees is hereby accepted by the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , for street purposes .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval , and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd day of January , 1962 .
