Arkansas on November 28 , 1961 , where it was requested that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an ordinance to rezone from C- 1 Neighborhood Commercial District to C- 2Thoroughfare Commercial District , the following described real estate , to -wit : All of Lots 1 , 2 , and that part of Lots 3 , 6 , 7 , 8 , and 9 of Aumick' s Addition lying north of a line extended east from the center line of Sixth Street at the junction with Wood Avenue to the south line of Huntsville Road . and , WHEREAS , a public hearing was held before the Planninc Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on November 28 , 1961 , where it was requested that the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the City Council enact an ordinance to rezone from R - 2' Two - Family Residential District to C- 2 Thoroughfare Commercial District the following described real estate , to- wit : 1 . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : Section 1 . TIlat the hereinabove described real estate be and the same is hereby rezoned as recommended by the Planning Commission. Section 2 .
