AN .ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS,
ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE PLAT OF LOTS 1 THROUGH. 4 , BLOCK 1 , BLOCK 2 ,
and 3 OF TATE ' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the City Council of the City: of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat of Lots 1 through 4, Block 1 , Block 2 and 3 of Tate ' s Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , dated August 28 , 1961 , by which the owners of
the platted real estate have dedicated for public use the streets , alleys , and easements
shown upon said plat; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has
recommended the acceptance of the plat , subject to the following provisions :
( 1 ) That no new structures be built on Blocks 2 and 3 until said blocks are
replatted into lots and blocks and approved by the Planning Commission and
the City Council .
(2 ) Structures to be erected on Lots 1 and 4 . Block 1 , to be set back to comply
with the zoning ordinances and major street plan for proposed 84 foot
Fifteenth Street ,
NOVI , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms
the dedication of all streets , alleys , and easements , and the said City Council hereby
assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of the same .
SECTION 2 . That the recommendations of the Planning Commission as above
stated, are hereby adopted by the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , thus restricting the
building of new structures on Blocks 2 and 3 until the whole tract is replatted into lots
and blocks and approved by the Planning Commission and the City Council , and that new
structures to be erected on Lots 1 and 4 . Block 1 , be set back to comply with the
zoning ordinances and major street plan for proposed 84 foot Fifteenth Street ,
SECTION 3 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect and
after its passage , approval and publication .
