TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS, ASSIGNING SAID R �g RYR TO

WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , d?Rl ��y 10 , 1961 ,
enter an Order Nunc Pro Tune , ameadir_g the description of the previous F dated
May 22 , 1961 , annexing the following described territory to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , to-wit:
Part of the Northwest ^: zrter of Section 8 in Township 16 North , Range 30 West,
beginning at a point one ( 1 ) foot south of center of intersection of Lawson and
Sang Streets , which point is 166 feet south of the center of the sections . and
running thence West twenty- f ve ( 25 ) feet for place of beginning, thence south
four hundred ninety-four (494) feet to present City Limits , thence East fifty
( 50) feet, thence North two thousand ( 2, 000 ) feet, thence Northwest one
hundred fifty- eight ( 158 ) feet and five ( 5) inches to a point two hundred (200)
feet South and Ten ( 10 ) feet East of Northwest corner of Lot 8 of University
Acres Subdivision, thence North two hundred ( 200) feet to the South line of
=Dean Street , thence West fifty ( 50 ) feet to a point forty (40 ) feet west of the
Northc ,.st corner of Lot 9 University Acres Subdivision, thence South two
hundred (200 ) feet; thence Southeasterly one hundred fifty- eight ( 158 ) feet
five (5) inches to a point twenty-nine ( 29 ) feet West of the East line of said
Lot 9 . �thence South one thousand five hundred six ( 1 , 506 ) feet to the place
of beginning .
Part of Lot numbered Nine (9 ) in University Acres , a subdivision to the City
of Fayetteville, as per recorded plat of said subdivision, described as
beginning at the Southwest co-ner of said Lot, and running North two hundred
twenty- five (225) feet , thence East one hundred seventy- six ( 176 ) feet ,
thence South two hundred twenty- five ( 225 ) feet , thence West one hundred
seventy- six ( 176 ) feet to the place of beginning , except twenty- nine (29 )
feet of equal width off the East side of said lot reserved for roadway, also
except twenty-five ( 25 ) feet off the South side of said lot reserved for roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the Annexation of the above - described territory to the Corporate
Limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same are hereby accepted.
SECTIONrZ::;` That .all of the above described territory is hereby assigned to and
