BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FYE' 8}k3VTLLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the following described real estate situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall hereafter be classified andknown
as Zone R - 2 , to- wit :
All of Lots 11 , 12 , and 14 of Hillcrest Addition and all ,of Blocks 3 and. 4
of McIlroy ' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , the said
property being bounded on the North by Crescent Drive , on the West by
F letcher Avenue , on the South by Dickson Street , and on the East by the
East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15 ,
in Township 16 North of Range 30 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed and this action. being necessary for the public health ,
peace , safety , order , comfort and convenience within the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , as emergency is hereby declared to exist , and this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval .
