ARSAS, ASSIGNING . S iD TERRITORY TO WARDS AND FOR I , RftL
WHERMS, the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , dirt on
December 109 1960, make an order annexing the following described
territory to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , to wit :
A part of the North half ft ) of the Northeast quarter (NEI )
of Section Twenty nine ( 29 ) , Township Sixteen (16) Norta of
Range Thirty (30 ) West, described as follows , to-wits Begin-
ning at a point 305 .6 feet West of the Northeast corner of
the Northwest quarter ( NW* ) of the Northeast Quarter ( NEt )
of said Section Tweaty-nine ( 29 ) and running, thence West
511.2 feet to the East line of the Cato Springs road, thence
South 44.3 ' feet, thence South 14 degrees 36 minutes West
499 .1 feet; thence South 16 degrees 14 minutes West 251. 8
feet, thence South 24 degrees 26 minutes West 200.5 feet,
thence South 33 degrees 38 minutes West 417 .8 feet, thence
South 20.68 feet to the South line of said 80 acre tract,
thence East along the South line of said 80 acre tract 1560
feet to the West line of the right of may of the St. Louis
and San Francisco Railroad, thence North 10 degrees 38
minutes West with the West line of said right of way 897 .2
feet; thence South 78 degrees 2 minutes West 150.5 feet,
thence North 10 degrees 1 minute West 434.1 feet; thence
North 44.3 feet; thence West 150 feet to the point of begin-
ning, containing 31.85 acres , more or leas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the annexation of the above described territory
to the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, be and the same is
hereby accepted .
Section 2. That all of the above described territory is hereby
assigned to and made a part of Ward L of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas .
