FOR ENFORCEMENT; AND PRESCRIBING PFNA.LTIisS FOR THE VIOLATION
OF ITS PROVISIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF F Z=TTE

VILLE. ARKANSAS:
Section 1 , That Section 3 of Ordinance No . 1111 , as amended by Ordinance
No, 1180 , passed and approved July Z3 , 1956# as amended by Ordinance No ,
1180 , passed and approved September 24, 1958 , be and the same is hereby
amended to read as followeo to-reit :
"SECTION 3 " , In accordance with Sections 1 and 2 above and when prop)rly
signposted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following _
parts of streets:

Section 2 . All existing ordinances or parts of ordinances of the City of - * ' "
Fayetteville, Arkansas , are hereby rep3aled insofar as they may be inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance , and it appearing that this action is nec -
essary to relieve vehicular traffic congestion in the vicinity of the public square
an emergency is hereby declared to wrist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its. passage and approval .
