WHEREAS , there has been duly presented to the 1011 ytgkfiMl of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , the following described plats by which the owners of the platted
real estate have dedicated for the public use the streets , alleys and easements shown upon
said plats :
A plat dated November 6, 1959, known as Green Valley Second Addition to
the City of Fayetteville, . Arkansas , and being a part of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 30 West of
the Fifth Principal Meridian;
A plat dated November 16, 1959 , known as a Subdivision of Blocks 3 and 4
of Broadview Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , and being a
part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Southeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11 , Township 16 North, Range
30 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian;
A plat dated November 24, 1959, known as a Replat of South- Hampton Addition
to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and being a part of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11 , Township 16 North, Range 30 West of
the Fifth Principal Meridian; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas ,
has recommended the acceptance of said plats .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms
the dedication of all streets , alleys , and easements, dedicated in Green Valley Second
Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Subdivision of Blocks 3 and 4 of Broadview Subdivision
to the City of Fayetteville, and the Replat of South- Hampton Addition to the City of
Fayetteville, and hereby declares said streets, alleys and easements, to be public streets,
alleys and easements ; and the said City Council hereby assumes the care , control and
jurisdiction of the same .
SECTION 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
