AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1042 PASSED AND APPR VED FEBRUARY 9a 1953 ABANDONING
A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED AVENUE TWENTY (20) FEET IN WIDTH AND IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE..
ARKANSASS AND EXTENDING NORTH SEVENTY TWO ( 72 ) FEET FROM CONNOR STREET .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.9 ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1042 be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows to-wits
The City of Fayettevilles Arkansasp hereby releases� ' vacates and abandons all its
rights together with the rights of the public generally# in and to that portion bf
said unnamed avenue twenty nine and twenty five hundredths ( 29.25 ) feet in width in
the City of Fayetteville* Arkansas, and extending north ninety five ( 95 ) feet from
Connor Street .
SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall be filed
in the office of the Recorder of said County and recorded in the deed records of said
county.
SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
