IN BLOCK 1 , and LOTS 5 , 6 , BLOn 2 of HAMMONDppD1� ft%��SATO THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , LLOYD McCONNELL
CIRCUIT CLERK
WHEREAS , thereis duly filed in the office of the City 81erk
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a czf replat of Lots
5 , 62 1Z ; and 8 in Block 1 and Lots 5 and 6 • in-Block 2 of Hammond
Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas; being a part of
theSoutheast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 'Cif"- Section 9 , Town-
ship..,, 16� North of Range 30 West of the 5th P : M. , mratx in which
replat the streets , alleys and easements shown thereon have been
dedicated for public use as streets , alleys , and easements ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fay-
etteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 , That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and
easements dedicated in the replat ' of Lots5 , 6 , 7 , and 8 in Block
1 and Lots 5 and 6 in Block 2 of Hammond Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said streets , alleys ,
and easements , to be public streets , alleys , and easements , and
the said City Council hereby assumes the care , control and juris -
diction of the same .
SECTION . 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force and effect from and after its passage , approval and public-
ation. (,
