VALE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ARIIA14SAS

- WHEREAS , there is duly filed in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a 4tb& replat of Block ( 2 ) Two
of a part of Meadow Vale Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , in which plat the streets , alleys and easements shown
thereon have been dedicated for public use as streets , alleys , and
easements ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION le That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and ease -
ments dedicated in the replat of Block Two ( 2 ) of a part of Meadow
Vale Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby
declares said streets , alleys and easements , to be public streets ,
alleys , and easements , and the said City Council hereby assumes the
care , control and jurisdiction of the same ,
SECTION B'. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
forQ a and -effect from and after its passage , approval and public -
ation .
