AVENUE BETWEEN SPRING STREET AND DICKSON STREET IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for arty person, firm, or corporation, to park
a vehicle of any kind whatsoever on the east side of Locust Avenue between Sprirg
. Street and Dickson Street in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Arpr person violating Section 1 of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the arm
of not less than $1.00 nor more than $25.00.
SECTION 3. It appearing that Locust Avenue at the point above described, by
reason of heavy traffic , and it being necessary for the protection of the public
health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
