AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL
STREETS , ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE REPLAT OF LOT 9 IN
CRESTWOOD ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARK-,
ANSAS ,
WHEREAS„ there is duly filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Fayetteville . Arkansas , a replat of Lot 9 of Crestwood Acres Addition to
the City of Fayetteville , Aekansa ,, being a, , part of the Northeast Quarter
wNE1 / s) of the Southeast Quarter (SEI /4) of Section 10 , Township 16 North of
Range 30 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, in which replat the streets ;
alleys , . and easements shown thereon have been dedicated for public uae as
streets , alleys , and easements ; and,
WHEREAS , said replat was duly approved by the City Planning Commission
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on July 28 , 1958 .
NOW, THEREFORE, . BE IT ORDA114ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TI?E CTTV OF FAYETTEVIL•LE , ARKANSAS: . .
SECTION 1 . That the City of Fayetteville. Arkansas , hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and easements dedicated in
the replat of Lot 9 in Crestwood Acres Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , being a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEI /4) of the Southeast Quar -
ter (SEI / 4) of Section 10 , Township 16 North of Range 30 West of the 5th Prinm
cipal Meridian, and hereby declares said streets , alleys and easy rents to be
public streets ,, alleys and easements ; and the said City Council hereby assumes
the care , control and jurisdiction of same ,
SECTION 2u That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
