AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS, AVENUES
AND ALLEN, INA REPLAT OF BLOCKS 1 , 21 3 , 41 51 7 , 8, 10, 111 131 14, 15, 16, AND
17 , WESTWOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, there has been duly presented to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas , - a plat known as a Replat of Blocks 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 5, 7 , 8, 10, 11 , 13 , 14, 15, 16 , and
17-, in Westwood Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and being a part of the North-
east Quarter (NE 1 / 4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4) and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 / 4) of Section Twenty (20) , Township Sixteen ( 16) North, of
Range Thirty (30) West, by which the owners of the platted real estate have dedicated for the
public use the streets , avenues, and alleys shown upon said plat; and

WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , has
recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
SECTION .1, That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the
dedication of all streets , avenues, and alleys dedicated in a Replat of Blocks 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 5,
7 , 81 103 111 13 , 14, 15, 16, and 17 , of Westwood Addition to the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and hereby declares said streets , avenues , and alleys, to be public streets,
avenues , and alleys ; and the said City Council hereby assumes the care, control and
jurisdiction of the same .
SECTION 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed, and this action being necessary for the public peace , safety, order,
comfort, and convenience, within the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
