1951 , REZONING AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO ZONING ORDINANCE
NO, 1002 , APPROVED SEPTEMBER 10 , 195P., AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1005,
APPROVED OCTOBER 8 19512 AS AMENDED, TO REZONE CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
FROM ZONE " C" - MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO ZONE " G" - IN -
DUSTRIAL DISTRICT .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , pursuant to due
notice to all interested parties in the form and manner required by law,, has recommended to
the Fayetteville City Council that the following described real estate be rezoned from
Zone " C " - Multiple Family Residence District, to Zone "G" - Industrial District, to -wit :
All that part of Westwood Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, lying
South of Commerce Street, except Blocks Six (6) and Twelve ( 12) , and the West
Half of Blocks Seven (7) and Thirteen ( 13) .
The Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4) of Section 20,
Township 16 North, Range 30 West, containing 40 acres, more or less .
The Southwest Quarter (SW 1 / 4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 / 4) of Section 20,
Township 16 North, Range 30 West, containing 40 acres , more or less .
The Northwest Quarter (NW 1 / 4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) ; East Half (E 1 / 2)
Northeast Quarter (NE 1 / 4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 / 4) ; all that part of the
West Half (W 1 / 2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 / 4)
lying west of the right -of- way of the St . Louis =San Francisco Railroad; all being in
Section Twenty (20) , Township Sixteen ( 16) North, Range Thirty ( 30) West ; and
WHEREAS , the City Planning Commission has certified to the City Council a recommended
ordinance for adoption by the City Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE
VILLE, ARKANSAS :.
Section 1. That the following described real estate situated within the corporate limits of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same is hereby rezoned from Zone " C " -
Multiple Family Residence District, to Zone " G" - Industrial District, to - wit:
All that part of Westwood Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas, lying

Section 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed, and this action being necessary for the orderly guaw:tht peace , safety, order ,
comfort , and convenience , of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , an emergency is hereby
declared to exist , and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
