ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE "BAST SIDE OF
CAMPBELL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person m, or corporation, to park a vehicle of
any kind whatsoever on the pavement on the side of Campbell Avenue in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas .
Section 2 . Any person, firm, or corporation, violating Section I of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum of
not less than $1 . 00 nor more than $25. 00.
Section 3. It appearing that Campbell Avenue is congested by reason of heavy traffic, and it
being necessary for the protection of the public health and safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
