AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF REAL ESTATE
ABUTTING THE EAST - WEST ALLEY BETWEEN HILL AND DUNCAN AVENUES
AND LYING CNE BLOCK SOUTH O^ SIXTH STREET OR HIGHWAY 62 WEST IN THE
CITY C: FAYET.TEVILLE, ARKANSAS , FOR STREET PURPOSES ,
WHEREAS , there is duly filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -
O 'fir_ io Recorder for Washington County, Arkansas , a formal dedication of a strip
of real estate five ( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width off of the entire south side fcf
real estate abutting the north side of an east- west alley between Hill and Duncan
Avenues , and lying one block south of sixth Street or Highway 62 West in the City of
rayetteville , Arkansas ; and
WHEREAS there is duly filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -
C �ftcio Rscorder for Washington County , Arkansas , a formal dedication of a strip
of real estate fifteen ( 15 ) feet of equal and uniform width off of the entire north side
of real estate abutting the south side of an east-west alley betwe3n Hill and Duncan
Avenues , and lying one block south of Sixth Street or H .ghway 62 West in the City of
"ayetteville , Arkansas .
NOW , THERES'ORE ,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
Section 1 . That the City of "ayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and
confirms the dedication of said above described '.ive ( 5 ) and fifteen ( 15 ) foot strips
of real estate , and hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of the same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage ,
approval and publication .
